directly with the owner and builder, Robert Kniffin. Robert handles the engineering, construction and management of every project.
He meets with each client, one on one, to determine favorite styles & shapes, how each family member will use the pool, and any special
concerns or requirements. Options such as tile, coping, equipment, accessories, special design elements like water features, specialty lights
and the latest in new technology & safety elements are reviewed. Also considered are many other variables from backyard soil type to
orientation for optimal sun. Using that information, he will then create a detailed plan, developed to fit individual client needs. Each phase
of the pool construction process is reviewed; clients always have a direct line of communication with the owner. This insures that the project’
meets or exceeds expectations, with no unwanted surprises. Robert will also collaborate with client’s design professionals throughout the project, to ensure a harmonious final result. We have had the pleasure of collaborating with many talented professionals on our projects.
