Alexa KniffinSenior Service Director Alexa's role as Senior Service Director is rooted in her personal commitment to excellence. As a Certified Pool Operator and Certified Service Technician, she brings to Specialized Pools, 13 years of experience in advanced pool maintenance, water chemistry, and system diagnostics. She leads her team with the crucial goal of delivering to each client a seamlessly enjoyable pool experience, because the best moments are spent splashing around, not skimming leaves and worrying about system operation.

Robert KniffinService Director Robert brings to Specialized Pools several job titles and services beyond his designation as a Certified Pool Operator. Having spent 10 years in both construction and service, Robert's knowledge and experience are integral to troubleshooting issues and keeping equipment running smoothly. Attention to detail is the Service Department's primary virtue, and Robert combines his keenly perceptive eye with timely service to ensure that our clients get the most out of their pools. Robert also serves as in-house photographer and graphic designer, promoting the Specialized brand as well as communicating the visual record of all the hard work our team puts in for each of our valued clients.

We proudly support local clothing outlets, host an annual coat drive, and dedicate time to the Save Barnegat Bay organization that is focused on preserving the ecological health of the bay that borders many of our clients' homes.
