The home was originally built in the late 18th century for a local ships captain. It's only right that the new captain of this property has his own waters.
Black out was the theme for this Lautner knife edge pool with perimeter overflow spa. Custom stainless steel mounting brackets were used to secure the knife edge coping in place. Everything from floor drains to fittings are black, including matte black gutter tile. Three Roman scupper fountains add an old-world aesthetic that provides a calming white noise and rhythm to the outdoor space. This pool also features a shallow lounge with a stainless steel flush-mount Tucci umbrella holder for maximum summer shade. A lautner knife edge build requires an overflow tank to act as a basin for water to go while overflowing. The surge tank was placed beneath the driveway of this home, out of sight. |
