Existing as a pool only for almost 20 years, this renovation added a number of new features. The equipment platform alone is a stunning showcase of hydraulics with 5 pumps, 3 filters, heater, and chiller. In addition to the new spa & cold spa, a massive shallow lounge was added to the deep end.
One of the coolest spas we have ever built, the "spavocado" was meant to handle a crowd. There is room for 20 people to comfortably soak there problems away in 100 degree water. There is also a 65" deep well in the middle of the spa for shoulder deep submersion. Included in the spa jet array is 14 jets, 2 air blowers, and a 3 HP neck jet for a healing hydrotherapy session. The cold spa entrance is notoriously fast paced, so contoured steps descend into an ice cold 65” deep section for ultimate plunge. Black eclipse Pebble sheen finish with Black penny porcelain tile creates a mystifying ambiance. The Pentair UltraTemp chiller keeps it COLD! In terms of bells & whistles, this is as custom as it gets. 2 waterfalls, 3 laminar flow fountains, and 3 LED bubblers add smooth movement to the entire backyard. Finally, an underwater speaker system that syncs with the home's Sonos system. Enjoy your favorite tunes while soaking up all the wildflower oasis has to offer. |
